This event furniture rental company needed to grow its digital presence and generate qualified leads in a competitive B2B/B2C market. The goal was not simply to buy traffic; it was to attract and convert higher-quality traffic than competitors, and to build a sustainable lead acquisition engine with a measurable cost per acquisition.

The Strategy

The Execution

Top headline ads achieved a 15.5% click-through rate, 3x the industry norm. Average time on page reached 80 seconds, 48% above the global average, with a bounce rate of 49.55% versus the industry norm of 60–70% for B2B paid traffic. The catalogue page was the second most-visited page on the entire site with 1,710 views, signalling immediate commercial intent. Mobile-optimised CTAs including click-to-call and WhatsApp chat validated the mobile-first strategy.

The Results

Year-over-year traffic and acquisition doubled. The campaign generated 120+ qualified leads and captured 2,000+ high-intent active users. Ad conversion rate hit 3.5% (28% above the 2.73% industry average) while formal quote forms converted at 6.6%, well above the 2–5% industry standard. Cost per qualified lead came in at approximately R218–R360, highly sustainable given the high lifetime value of recurring event rental contracts.
